We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and added during the checkout process based on your shipping address.

6.1 Processing Time

Our products are handmade to order, ensuring quality and attention to detail. The production process takes between 3 to 5 business days, and shipping is arranged within the following 2 business days. In most cases, your order will be ready sooner. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

6.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 3 to 5 business days. However, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing your order in advance.

6.3 Shipping Cost

We proudly offer free shipping across the continental U.S. — getting your customized baby gifts to you quickly and with love! A small shipping fee applies to orders headed to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

6.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

6.5 Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes are covered by us (the seller), so you will not be charged any extra customs fees. Local U.S. sales taxes are calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

6.6 Shipping Addresses

Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.7 Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it. We're unable to make changes after this timeframe as the products are personalized and enter production shortly after your order is received.

6.8 Shipping Issues

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the shipping status. You can also use the tracking number provided to check your shipment's progress.

6.9 Refused Deliveries

Any refused deliveries may be subject to additional charges or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us before refusing delivery to avoid extra costs.

6.10 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We'll be happy to review the case and offer a suitable solution.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, orders can typically only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placement. After this time, we may have already begun production, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately at support@babyangelshop.com if you need to request a change or cancellation.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives significantly damaged or defective. Slight variations mentioned in Section 4 are not considered defects.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery by sending an email to support@babyangelshop.com.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including any damage to the packaging if relevant
  • A detailed description of the issue

We will evaluate your request based on the information provided. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items where the customer provided incorrect personalization details, changed their mind, or did not like the final product despite it matching the agreed-upon customization.
